You should always remember that you will try to create wedding invitations which at the same time represent you and your wedding. As a result, you should try to choose a photo which can match your wedding theme. For example, if you are going to host a wedding in Christmas time, you may consider choosing a photo which will gives a feeling of Christmas. When you are trying to create the card yourself, you should always remember that you should make the resolution of the card larger than 350 dpi. Otherwise the printing quality will be very bad. On the other hand, you may also work with a designer to help you to create the card. Of course you will need to spend some money in order to do so. One of the advantages of working with a designer is that the designer will certainly know how to prepare a printing ready computer file while you may not really know how to do so.
