They also have the benefit of being modular, so you can extend and reshape your practice green as your needs and budget allow. The truth is you can not go wrong with either an artificial putting green in your backyard or a true bent grass personal green. It really boils done to a personal preference, cost constraints, and geography. If you do hire a company to install the green for you make sure to thoroughly research the materials and get references from past installations. Many references will even be polite enough to have you stop in and see exactly how the final product looks.
